Terms of Service

Last updated July 13, 2026

These terms govern your use of ClientFlow. By creating an account, you agree to them. If you're signing up on behalf of an organization, you're confirming you have authority to bind that organization.

The service

ClientFlow is client management and invoicing software: client profiles, payment tracking, reports, invoicing, and optional AI drafting and QuickBooks sync features depending on your plan.

Accounts and plans

New organizations get a 7-day trial of the core workspace. After the trial, you can continue on the Free plan within its client and invoice limits, or upgrade to Pro or Premium at any time from Billing via our payment provider.

Your data and content

You own the client, payment, and project data you enter into ClientFlow. We only use it to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for having the right to store your clients' information.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use ClientFlow to send unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive communications to your clients.
  • Attempt to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or access another organization's data.
  • Reverse engineer, resell, or white-label the service without our written permission.

AI features

AI-generated payment reminder drafts, client follow-up emails, and contract summaries (available to eligible early-access accounts) are starting points, not professional advice. Review AI output before sending it to a client or relying on it for a legal or financial decision.

Third-party integrations

QuickBooks sync is optional and governed by Intuit's own terms. Disconnecting removes the connection from ClientFlow; you may also revoke ClientFlow directly from your Intuit account.

Availability and changes

We aim for reliable uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update the service or these terms over time; material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

Termination

You can export supported client and payment records as CSV and request account closure by contacting us. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or that have been inactive past a reasonable grace period.

Liability

ClientFlow is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
